We provide a detailed timeline during our initial consultation and keep you updated throughout the entire process.

If you don't already have land, we also help clients find the right lot or property to build on — including evaluating land for utilities, layout, and build-readiness.

While having land makes the process smoother, it's not required to begin our conversation. We can help you understand what to look for in a lot and can even assist in evaluating potential properties before purchase. Once you've secured land, we'll handle all the site preparation and permitting.

Our pricing is transparent and customized to your specific project. We provide detailed proposals that include all aspects of construction, from foundation to final finishes. During our consultation, we'll discuss your budget and create a plan that maximizes value while meeting your needs and preferences.

Yes, changes can be made during construction, though we encourage finalizing major decisions before breaking ground to avoid delays and additional costs. We maintain open communication throughout the build and will discuss any change orders, their impact on timeline, and associated costs before proceeding.

Every McCallum Homes build comes with a full one-year workmanship warranty. If anything needs attention during your first year of living in the home, we handle it—quickly and professionally. Our goal is to give you peace of mind long after move-in, and we stand behind the quality of every home we build.

As involved as you want to be! We provide regular updates and welcome site visits. Some clients prefer weekly walkthroughs, while others trust us to handle the details and check in monthly. We'll work with your schedule and preferences to ensure you're comfortable with the level of communication and involvement.
